Ushaka Medical Centre was founded in 2011 by Dr. Nivasha Naidoo (MBChB, DOH) and is located in Shakaskraal, KwaZulu-Natal. Dr Naidoo qualified from University of Pretoria as a medical doctor and in 2017 from the University of Stellenbosch as an occupational medical practitioner.

For occupational medicine we are fully equipped to do entry, exit and annual medicals. We can do on-site HIRAS, drawing up of Health and Safety Policies, initiation of employee assistance programs, setting up of staff clinics and IODs as well as disability assessments. We are fully equipped and certified to provide complete Occupational Health services to the mining industry, construction industry and others. We are registered with ABIME and are able to assist in Road Accident Fund claims as well as disability management.
